Minneapolis, MN (November 8, 2010)—Cruise Holidays, North America’s oldest cruise-specialty retail franchise, presented its "2010 Top Producing Virtual Office” award to franchise owner Sheri Clarke. The award is given to the business that achieved the highest sales during the previous year. Clarke was honored during the 2010 Cruise Holidays Annual Convention, held November 1-6 at El Dorado Royale Resort & Spa in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, south of Cancun.
"Sheri has built up a very interesting and successful business, with a special emphasis in catering to large groups that want to travel together,” said Mark Schiffner, vice president of Cruise Holidays. Clarke specializes in leisure group travel as well as incentive groups and has been known to put together packages for groups that consist of hundreds of travelers – most recently she coordinated details for a group of more than 700 to Mexico. "To handle a group of this magnitude could be a logistical nightmare for some, but Sheri handles them with ease and effectiveness, to the delight of her clients,” added Schiffner.
