Kevin Weisner, Senior Vice President, Cruise Holidays International
Kevin Weisner serves as Senior Vice President of Cruise Holidays International, the world’s most far-reaching cruise-specialty travel agency franchisor. Cruise Holidays boasts more than 250 locations worldwide, including North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. With an extensive travel industry background, Weisner’s history with Cruise Holidays is a long and successful one – joining Cruise Holidays most recently as Senior Vice President in 2013.
The majority of Weisner’s career has been spent in the leisure travel industry, working for a variety of large leisure travel companies, franchisors, cruise lines, and technology providers.
Mr. Weisner played an instrumental part at Cruise Holidays and its sister brands from 2000-2005. He held various roles, such as Senior Director of Internal Services for what was then known as Carlson Travel Franchise Group (which Cruise Holidays was a part of), Vice President of Marketing for Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates, and Vice President/General Manager for Cruise Holidays.
In 2005, Weisner began serving as a Partner and General Manager of Primero Systems, where he led sales, marketing, and new product development of the company’s Webtreepro platform, as well as provided account management to Travel Leaders Leisure Group.
Most recently, Weisner has been serving as Vice President for two of Cruise Holidays’ sister brands at Travel Leaders Leisure Group, Cruise Deals and SinglesCruise.com. He continues to lead those brands in addition to his new role at Cruise Holidays International.
Anne B. Lawler, CTE, Franchise Development Manager
Anne is responsible for helping to grow the Cruise Holidays franchise network across North America. As an accomplished sales and relationship manager, Anne is experienced in working with her clients to customize programs that best suit their needs today and in the future. Her passion is to help others succeed, while working hard and having fun.
Most recently, Anne worked for one of Cruise Holidays’ sister companies, Travel Leaders Corporate. Prior to that, Anne spent 18 years at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, primarily in auditing and process improvement roles, before moving into business development.
A member of the Global Business Travel Association, Anne also is a member of the North Central Business Travel Association (NCBTA) and the St. Louis Business Travel Association (STLBTA). Anne has earned her Certified Travel Executive (CTE) designation, and in 2011, Anne received the distinction of “Travel Leaders PaceSetter” for outstanding sales. A graduate of St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Anne holds a BBA in Accounting and Computer Science.
Anne resides in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area with her family. Her primary philanthropic work includes serving on the Boards of St. Therese of Deephaven, and Holy Family Catholic High School in Victoria, Minnesota.
Pam Jarvis, MCC, Manager, Franchise Services
As Manager of Franchise Services and Owner Education for Cruise Holidays International, Pam Jarvis is responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of franchise owners through business analysis, coaching and open dialogue. Pam also leads training initiatives on all Cruise Holidays programs and services and is also responsible for the Support Services Department for the United States and Canada.
Prior to Cruise Holidays, Pam enjoyed over 30 years of hospitality experience, most notably 23 years with Marriott International and Marriott Vacations Worldwide. During her tenure at Marriott Pam worked in a variety of Marriott divisions such as Marriott Hotels, Courtyard by Marriott and Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
In addition to her U.S. experience, Pam also spent several years overseas with Marriott International. Based in London, England, Pam spent three years as the Director of Worldwide Reservations for Europe and four years as the Director of Owner Service Operations for Europe and the Middle East.
In the six years leading up to her headquarters role at Cruise Holidays, Pam also worked with American Express Business Travel, Wyndham Vacations Ownership and was contracted by Marriott Vacations Worldwide to deliver a variety of management development classes as well as design and develop MVW’s Management Development program as well as their new associate on-boarding programs.
During those same six years, Pam was also a Cruise Holidays franchise owner. As a result, Pam brings with her an understanding of the unique pressures franchise owners face and leverages her own experiences to help franchise owners maximize the potential of their businesses.
Barbara Chamberlain-Ritchie, CTC, MCC, Business Development Manager - Canada
As Business Development Manager and Manager of Operations and Supplier Relations in Canada, Barbara Chamberlain-Ritchie is responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of existing franchise owners through business analysis, communication and coaching.
Prior to becoming a BDM when Carlson Companies acquired Cruise Holidays in 2001, Barbara was the Manager, Group Department - Canada for Cruise Holidays. In that role, she managed and negotiated group space and rates with cruise lines and suppliers for the Canadian stores. Barbara’s connection with Cruise Holidays began in 1993 as a co-owner of Cruise Holidays of London, Ontario. Before that she was Regional Manager for Marlin Travel, also located in London.
Barbara is a Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) and is MCC (Master Cruise Counsellor) certified by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).
Lisa Cragg, Support Services Specialist
In Support Services for Cruise Holidays, Lisa Cragg is responsible for assisting franchise owners and frontline agents with all programs, services and products with an emphasis in technology.
Lisa joined Support Services in October 2005 after working as the lead corporate travel consultant at a former Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associate location in Tempe, Arizona, for four years. While there, Lisa was responsible for implementation, administration and support for corporate online booking tools. Prior to that, Lisa worked as an international corporate travel counselor for American Express Travel. She also served as a supervisor in quality management at America West Airlines.
Lisa is a certified Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) Specialist and is knowledgeable about ARC procedures as well as airline policies. She was responsible for processing and submitting ARC reports for ten locations.
Darlene Mongoven, Support Services Specialist
Darlene Mongoven is a Support Services Specialist for Cruise Holidays. She is responsible for assisting franchise owners and frontline agents with all programs, services and products. She joined the Cruise Holidays team in 2012.
Darlene has an extensive background in travel with experience as a travel agency owner and agent.
Prior to working in the travel industry, Darlene worked in the air freight industry holding many different positions from Operations Supervisor to Export Manager.
Darlene earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and International Relations from St. Cloud State University and a certification in Travel and Tourism from Dakota County Technical College.
Sarah Tam, Manager, Internal Operations
As Manager of Internal Operations for Cruise Holidays, Sarah Tam oversees all internal processes as they relate to franchise owner commission and vendor payments, as well as billing and collections. She also reconciles group financials for home-based franchise owners and manages the budget and expenditures for meetings and training.
Prior to joining Cruise Holidays in 2006, Sarah worked with several companies, including her parents’ small business in southern Minnesota. Her experience includes human resource management and over 15 years in accounting and finance.
In 2007, Sarah earned her Master of Arts degree in Psychology, with a special interest in Business Psychology, from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University in Winona.
Nickyla Marso, Manager
As Manager of Vendor Relations for Cruise Holidays, Nickyla is responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with Cruise Holidays’ most valued industry partners, such as cruise lines, tour operators and travel insurance companies.
Nickyla has held other positions within the company, including Operations Specialist and Franchise Start-Up Specialist, and began her career with Cruise Holidays in 2003 as Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Cruise Holidays.
Prior to joining Cruise Holidays, Nickyla worked as the Applicant Coordinator for the Design Review Board of Vail Resorts Development Company.
Nickyla, who is a native of Melbourne, Australia, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from University of Phoenix. She also graduated from Box Hill Institute of Technical and Further Education with an Advanced Certificate in Business and Office Administration, in Australia. She is also ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor) certified by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).
Andrea Nimmo, Manager
As the Marketing Manager for Cruise Holidays, Andrea Nimmo's primary responsibilities are to manage the national marketing calendar for the year, manage the content on the Cruise Holidays website (including content that is populated on franchise owners' websites), contribute to the design and copy for the direct mail pieces, compile and create On Your Behalf emails, and manage the relationship with our marketing fulfillment company.
Andrea also leads in the planning and implementing of the logistics for the large meetings conducted throughout the year including the Annual Convention, the Mid-Year Meeting and the President’s Circle Cruise.
Prior to joining Cruise Holidays in 2006, Nimmo worked for Target Corporation as an Executive Team Leader in the Northeast Twin Cities District.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Management from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
Maggie Blehert, Senior Communications Specialist
Maggie Blehert is responsible for working with news media outlets and social networking platforms to maintain and further build Cruise Holidays’ name recognition. Through news releases, media interviews, social media, online article placement, and other outreach, Maggie helps the overall Cruise Holidays brand as well as individual Cruise Holidays franchise owners with their public relations efforts.
Maggie has been with Cruise Holidays and its parent company, Travel Leaders Group (formerly Carlson Leisure Group), since 2004.
Prior to her work with Cruise Holidays, Maggie enjoyed a successful career in the television news industry. She culminated her TV news career at KMSP-TV in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN, as the prime time evening news producer. Maggie also produced evening and morning newscasts at KDLH-TV in Duluth, MN, and she began her television career as a production assistant at WCCO-TV in Minneapolis-St. Paul.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Drake University with a concentration in international relations.
Rich Tucker, Social Media Manager, Travel Leaders Leisure Group
As a cruise agent with Cruise Holidays’ sister company, CruiseDeals, Rich Tucker initially launched the www.cruisesource.us
blog to answer frequently asked questions
about cruising. It didn’t take long for the blog’s popularity to skyrocket, and it has since been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, Bloomberg Business Week,
The Miami Herald, Wired and more. The blog was expanded in 2010 to begin featuring expertise from cruise experts across Travel Leaders Leisure Group, including blog
posts from Cruise Holidays executives and travel agents.
Due to the success of www.cruisesource.us
and other social media initiatives, Rich formally transitioned from cruise agent to Social Media Manager for
Travel Leaders Leisure Group.

Continue to provide training and support that enables Cruise Holidays franchise owners to take advantage of social media platforms and emerging technology to
grow and retain business.
Cruise Holidays executed the travel industry’s first-ever franchise wide cruise giveaway on Facebook, resulting in thousands of new fans for Cruise
Holidays franchise owners. The social media team also provides training and ongoing social media promotions to keep followers of Cruise Holidays active and engaged.
Travel Leaders Leisure Group staff developed and supports the industry-leading CruiseWeb, Cruise Holidays’ proprietary front-end to back-end customer relationship management and accounting program, which is also a fully-integrated booking tool.
Cruise Holidays franchise owners enjoy additional support thanks to Cruise Holidays’ position within Travel Leaders Leisure Group. This includes access to professionals with marketing, communications, social media, vendor relations and other areas of expertise across the company.
